    No... We are a business to business service firm that works to reduce the dollars and time spent on peripheral products and services. Although we can source products for you through our Unique Product Sourcing and Project Management service, we keep no inventory and work with outside suppliers to locate the products and services you need.
  • How much money can BCR save my company on peripheral products and services?

    How much we can save you depends on the volume you spend in these areas, the types of products you purchase, and the level of service your organization requires.
  • How does the ordering process vary from the ordering process I currently use?

    The change in your existing process is minimal. You can place an order via phone, fax, e-mail, or on your supplier's web site. We then review orders, make appropriate substitutions, and ensure fair pricing on high-dollar items. We process orders the same day you send them to us.
  • What does BCR mean when they say they make "appropriate substitutions" for products or services that I order?

    We look for items you order that have available lower-priced equivalents. We substitute products or services based on availability, equivalent product quality, and your preferences - if you tell us not to substitute a specific product or service or category of products or services, then we don't!
